The company supplies cottonseed, which is being elaborated to subtract the pedicles and the waste, for the final demarcation in: cotton ginning and cottonseed.
The productive procedure starts with the feeding of the ginning with cottonseed , which previously may have enter the draught procedure.
Through the supplier stripe, the cotton is brought on and then loads the feeder of ginning machine. In there it performs the first stage of the drought procedure with the help of the warm air.
Afterwards, goes to the cleaning line in which we take off the pedicles and follows the second stage of drought.
When the procedure is completed, the cottonseed is being cleaned from the begging in the ginning machine, where it distinguishes, in clean cotton and in cottonseed.
After the procedure of ginning the cotton that emerges, free from seed, go to the final cleaning for the take off of the last waste and then is being drove to the press for packaging and storing.
